Snapview is a digital platform for sales and video consulting of (financial) products and services that require explanation via the internet. Snapview supports the digitalization of sales and consulting processes: from establishing contacting via the website and the coordination of appointments, personal consulting with live video transmission, screen sharing and co-browsing, MiFID II-compliant recording to the digital conclusion of contracts with electronic signature.

Our first task was to gain insight into the current software and to understand the pain points of the users. Findings from user surveys and internal expert reviews enabled us, in direct cooperation with Snapview’s product management, to further develop the existing software according to customer and end-customer wishes and within the given technical framework, to optimise it according to usability principles and to make the interface more attractive and modern.
